VAK’s Dollies are built to withstand the demanding conditions of northern roads

VAK dollies are engineered for harsh northern conditions. The standard hot-dip galvanised construction and special steel frame are shaped to minimise corners where sand and ice could accumulate. The articulated, robust support leg is optimally aligned to withstand applied forces. This minimises the risk of breakage and enhances reliability in demanding conditions.

VAK manufactures dollies to order with either 19.5″ or 22.5″ tyres, selected according to the required fifth wheel height. They are available for fifth wheel heights ranging from 1,000 to 1,250 mm. Dollies can be fitted with a feature that enables the fifth wheel to be set at two different heights. Various support leg and fifth wheel lock options are available, and these can be customised to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
