As a contract customer, your trailer will stay in excellent condition and retain a high resale value

With a VAK SERVICE or VAK CARE contract, we’ll ensure your fleet stays in top condition. You can be confident that your fleet won’t be stranded on the roadside due to a trailer breakdown. We take care of all scheduled maintenance and inspections. Your maintenance costs are spread evenly across the year, so you’ll always know in advance what to expect. If you choose to sell some of your fleet, a regularly serviced trailer will fetch a higher resale price than one that has not been properly maintained.

The VAK CARE contract offers a more comprehensive service package than the VAK SERVICE contract. VAK CARE covers not only scheduled maintenance, but also repairs and consumable parts such as brake components and wheel bearings. VAK SERVICE contract

  • Available for both new and used equipment
  • Includes maintenance carried out according to the VAK maintenance schedule and specified service intervals
  • Brake adjustment, brake measurements with wheels removed, and annual inspection
  • Maintenance intervals can be customised to suit your needs (2, 3, or 4 times a year)
  • Can also be arranged for equipment from other manufacturers, not just VAK brands
  • Monthly invoicing 
  • Spreads maintenance costs evenly, with no unexpected spikes
  • The customer is responsible for, and will pay, any costs not covered by the maintenance agreement 
  • All work is carried out at a VAK workshop in Finland during opening hours
  • Access credentials for the VAKPORTAL service

VAK CARE contract

  • Available only for new VAK equipment or those up to 6 months old
  • Includes scheduled maintenance every 90 days and repairs, except for damage caused by the user or collisions
  • Covers items such as brake pads, wheel bearings, hubs, and inspection
  • Monthly invoicing 
  • Spreads equipment costs evenly, with no unexpected spikes
  • Provides the owner with protection against unexpected breakdowns
  • All work is carried out at a VAK workshop in Finland during opening hours
  • Access credentials for the VAKPORTAL service
