VAK Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Örebro Skåpservice Ab on 30 August.

Örebro Skåpservice AB is a heavy equipment repair shop in Örebro, which specialises in repairs and damage work on truck bodies and heavy equipment trailers. The company has been operating in Örebro since 2012 and has extensive expertise in the products of many body and trailer manufacturers.

 -Export growth has been one of our strategic priorities and we have succeeded, thanks to our customers for their trust.  The expansion of the service network further supports the growth of exports and improves our customer service also in the export market in Sweden, says Ilpo Korhonen, CEO of VAK Oy.

– With this acquisition, we are expanding our service network and our competence in the Swedish market area. Västerås maintenance workshop continues to operate as normal.
